Does anyone know how to reset a Beocom 2 that does NOT have an INT button?  Thank you.

Do you have a DOT button instead of INT?

Which type of phone base connector do you have as below?

Hi Keith.  Thanks for your reply. It looks like the one on the left and I don’t see a DOT button.

Presumably he meant the button at the bottom of the keypad?  My Mk.2 Beocom 2 has a half-moon (on/off) "dot" printed on it.  On the Mk.1, it is just blank, but regardless, they are both a rounded triangle shape.

My Beocom 2 can be re-booted by pressing and holding that triangular on/off button until the display blanks.  Then press it again (regular, short key press) and it should start up from scratch.  If that doesn't do the trick, and the keypad is still working, you can factory-reset its settings.

As for the missing "INT" button, I *believe* you can just pretend that the button directly above the bottom triangular button is labelled "INT'.  (I thought they all were so labelled -- Mk.1, Mk.2, whatever.  Please could you post what label is on that button, on your phone?)  While pretending, to access the Service Menu press

9 # 9 # 9 * INT

If you can access this menu, then you can perform a Reset from within it.

HI-thank you for your reply.  The button above the "DOT" is labeled HOLD, then OK above the HOLD.

Does this help?
