Hello!

My name is Philipp and i am new to this forum, but not new to the B&O World.

A friend of mine recently gifted me his old Beogram 1600 (along with speakers and amplifier).

Yesterday i realized that the turntable is slightly faster than 33rpm, i would say about 1-1,5 seconds per minute.

Does anyone know if this is normal? Ist there any way to fine adjust the playing speed? Or is it a mechanical issue?

The beogram is in an overall good condition, everything else works fine!

Thanks in advance for any answer!

Kindest regards from Germany

Personally, I’d put one of Martin’s (Dillen) belts on before adjusting the speed settings if you are new to this.

Hi,

"I checked the service manual from the Beogram 1102, so i think the adjustment should be like this? (seen in the image attached)

Fine adjustments"

No that is to adjust the cueing point for the 7 inch and 12-inch records.

Best regards Alistair
