Beoplay h8i connectivity issues

Heya! I’m sure this has been asked before but does anyone else with the h8i’s have connectivity issues regarding Bluetooth? I absolutely love these headphones and by any means don’t want to get rid of them, however the dropout is becoming ridiculous and I’ve tried reinstalling them, switching them on/off etc, making sure the product is up to date but this still keeps happening. I’ve had them for less than 6 weeks, I’m aware that sending them back as a replacement would be pointless as it’s an ongoing issue with these headphones.. but has anyone else experienced this and found ways to lessen the frequency? I have the iPhone 7 currently, at times they become virtually unusable as the music will play for seconds before dropping out.

Hi! I don't have the H8i but it might be worth trying keeping your phone on a different side of your body (I had the E8 and they dropped out less if I had my phone in my right pocket), but you should probably just send them off for repair. They'll probably just send you a brand new pair and there's a chance they might work - I can't imagine every single pair is like this 🙂

Add them to the Bang & Olufsen app, in configuration check if they need a software update.
