If anyone's interested i just added a lot of my own custom B&O 3D prints to my website. They are free to use.

You can find and download them right here: https://leicht.io/projects/3d-models/

Kind Regards,

Christian Leicht

After several attemps, prototypes, this one comes out as the best. Smooth sliding, original dimensions. Only the small parts at the bottom are made a bit thicker . So, it should better handle the force when sliding.

All are printed (again) with the 0.25 nozzle to give it the most precise corners etc.

You're doing such good jobs with these 3D spare parts!

Is it possible to make the A9 keychain remote plastic covers in 3D, too?
On a regular basis (every few months) my keys seem to have that masochistic desire to touch concrete floor and everytime my beloved A9 remotes got hit badly. The thin plastic cover breaks exactly in the area of the small screw and can't be fixed.

All the models I print and showed are designed by myself.

Rainy afternoon, so started prototyping for the CD5500-7000 cd-players rubber holders.
From left to right, the original rubber version, CPE printed version and then the white TPU98 rubber version.

Let's hope this will work.

Christian Leicht:

Thanks everyone. It's quite adequate making these parts at home.

Wilfied, i'll take a look at your part tomorrow!

hello Christian, have you ever had a short look at the cursor part for the Beomaster1200 / 1001?

It can be seen on this exploded view of the sliding cursor (Pos 43).

The small wheels (Pos 42) are also no longer available as spare parts, they should be made of hard material.

Finding these spare parts is almost as difficult as finding a gold nuggetSmile

it would be great if you could make the parts with the 3D printer for a little money,
Martin (Dillen in this forum) once extrapolated what a complete new cursor would cost if it were newly manufactured, approx. 100 € / piece !

Here are some of my recent works, originals on the right:

From top to bottom: BC7000 transport screw, BM7000 cable hook, BC7000 PCB holder. Probably the same parts as used in 5500/6500, too? Haven't tested the transport mounts yet, but the other two parts did fit Ok Smile

I'll share the files when I have properly tested them in place.

Anyone have high-res photos and measurements of the Beogram CD transport -thingies? My CD7000 has lost them.

I’m interested in the transport locks as well. But for the cd 6500 they seem different.

Yes, I believe the Beogram CD's locks are like this: https://edsgoodstuff.com/edscart/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2793
