Cannot wake up my Beolab 50 through the app

It has worked before but now I just cannot connect to my Beolab 50's anymore.

The app says it is waking the BL50's up but I cannot get to them.

When I connect through the "products" entry, I get an error saying "We cannot reach your product". Even when they are playing.

How can I reconnect without resetting everything?
