Hello

My Beosound Encore is showing a dark red screen with the laserpointer in a Saturn like shape. Otherwise it works normal.

I have tried a reset, restart - no change. What else can I do? Thank you for your advice!

update: fixed a loose connection between display and board with a new cable from B&O. All ok !
