Beovision 14 issues

Hi,

I have bought the beovision 14 55" 3 weeks ago - and i love it!

.. but some things is really bothering me:

1) after I added a HDD, then its not possible to get an alert when a specific tv-show is on - this due to that the new "record" option replaced to old "plan" option - can I get i back somehow?

2) The tv guide keeps crashing - do you know when the next software upgrade is planned?

3) Chromecast streaming keeps crashing - it worked smoothly on my old beo11

4) when I power on my tv to radio it often turns on normal tv and vice versa - have you experienced the same?

5) can I add spotify as an option directly on the remote?

I got the update on saturday - it took app. 30 minutes, so it must be a heavy update.. only thing I noticed was the bootup time of the TV is faster now.

 

Are you sure it is a recent update? What is the update information that is mentioned in the update menu of your TV?

Hi

just checked - and NO - the software release date was in juneAngry

So i guess my TV "lost" its software and then updated it was the latest

Still waiting for a newer software version to fix issues - especially with the menus

Just got home from work and turned on my 14 and there is a software update available. 

I am currently downloading it. I will check after I’ve done the school run and report back the version number

Still no update here, do you experience any improvements in the new software?

Not noticed any improvements, but I have just had a brand new set installed free of charge. May have sent through early as I asked the sales director to send it.

still have ghosting evident around people on some broadcasts but much better than the old set. Is has anyone else experienced this? 

Im watching through a Sky Q 2TB box

blurring on my Horizon 48” is still noticeable but way less than it originally was.I assume that the panels on the BV14/Horizon will never be 100% free of blurring but hope they can fix it to 99%.

Do you have full multiroom capability with the new app?

The common release keeps getting postponed. I guess there are still issues to be solved in the update.

I just received an update of the B&O app for IOS (release 1.3). According to the text the app should work for the Beovison Horizon, Beovision 14 and Beovision Avant NG as from today.

Also received an update (v 1.3.0.10740) but nothing mentioned the Horison/BV14 ;-(

Nothing new in the app regarding BV14/Horizon. Still not there in beta testing also, hope this will be enabled very soon! We have waited long enough!

It is explicitely mentioned in the release notes. But the app can’t find the Beovision and the Beovision did not receive an update yet.

Can you check which 1.3 version you have?
