I've been sending messages for days on their website, but no response to any of them :(

I hope you see this Steve, I need some cables fast!!!!!

Hi Jonathan,

I'm sorry that you haven't received my replies - I received 3 emails from you in the last week and I have replied to each one within a couple of hours of them coming in!  I noticed that your email is hosted by Hotmail - we do occasionally find that Microsoft will mark some of our emails as "Spam" without telling either us or the recipient.  We always try to reply to all emails within a few hours of them reaching us.

I've posted another reply to this thread (which is currently awaiting moderator approval as it contains website links) which should answer all of your questions.  If you can please email me your phone number in the meantime then I will be pleased to call you to discuss the cables you need.

Ordered a custom cable last week and was delivered 2days later... So I guess he's on holiday...

If he's on holidays he normally shows this on his website where the shop is closed.

Thanks for your enquiry, yes this is the cable you need to play the Beosound through the TV speakers:-
 
 
Please set the Beosound volume to a high level (50-75%) to give you the full range of volume control from the TV remote. 
 
You then just need a Speaker Sense Adapter for the Beosound (this plugs into the other Powerlink socket on the Beosound 9000 to allow it to accept commands from the B&O remote control without having B&O speakers connected):-
