BeoPlayer app discontinued

I learned the BeoPlayer app is discontinued and not in the app store anymore.

I really liked this app in combination with the PlayMaker.

Will the Essence + BeoMusic give me the same or better service?

It is not there anymore, but if you already had (bought) it, you can find it in your purchaces.

It runs on my iPad right now.

It was a netradioplayer-only (with AirPlay support).

Yes, you can expect much more from the BeoMusic app.

That is the app, that will be used for the future 'multiroom' setup as well.

There is a description of it's present functions of in the FAQ's on the B&O website.

I've rediscovered the BeoPlayer app not for the music but for the lovely alarm chime :) It's like having the BeoTime in my room :) That wakes me first followed by some hip hop 10 minutes later :)

Not only the chime is good but the alarm clock design is good too
