Hello,

I have a Beovision 10 Mk 1 and the limitation of having just two HDMI connectors has finally caught up with me, so I want to add an HDMI expander. I have read that the models produced by Atlona and Gefen are supported and can be controlled by the PUC but both the models in the PUC list now seem to be becoming scarce. I have looked in my TV settings and there is an option to turn the HDMI Expander on, but is there any way for me to tell which of these two (Atlona or Gefen) my particular TV will work with, or will it work with neither unless I get someone to come out and install the appropriate PUC driver?

Many thanks in anticipation of any help.

Paul

It is likely that your BeoVision 10 will not have either of the HDMI expanders already in the PUC list. You will need an engineer to add them via the service tool on a laptop.
