Hi folks,

I have a Beolink 7000 that I use on a 7000 system and I was quite happy with it. Recently it began to show some strange behavior...

It starts and stay on, even if I manually shut it down. I suspect a battery problem, so I change it, but it does not change this strange behavior... I read a little on the forum, so I try it in another environnement, without a 2-way system, but that does not change anything.

It is really strange because it turns on alone and is not able to automatically shut down...

Anybody have a clue of how to remedy this problem ?

Thanks,

Sergio

I had a similar problem, when the battery pack was almost dead.

In this case, mine started up, turned off randomly, so maybe Your problem is the same. You didn't mentioned when this case happens, during charging, or not charging stage.

I suggest to check he same remote functions, when the remote is charging. If the remote works fine in this way except the turn on/turn off malfunction, then I think it could be a simple battery pack problem.

Probably a malfunctioning piezo element.

A long list...

Damned... I was thinking about something like that because the battery was new.

How can I deal with this issue ?
