Heading to Turin next week. Any recommendations on what to do? No hire car. Any Beoworld'ers around for a coffee?

The first thing I can think of is the My place of birth. Did you enjoy your trip Chris? Hope you managed to find some of the great restaurants and bars in and around the main square along the river, overlooking the forrest hills on the other side.
Fantastic place, really enjoyed it. I spotted most of the locations where the 'Italian Job' was filmed and went on from there. The Turin Automobile Museum was excellent along with the many coffee shops!
I'll definately be heading back but will hire a car next time and go further afield!
The River Po was very high (after lots of heavy rain) so some of the restaurants on the edge of the river were flooded!
