This is a minor annoyance, not a big problem,m but I do wonder what the cause should be.

My Beosound 9000 (Mk2) is connected to my Beovision 11-46 TV via the Beolink Converer, with my speakers all connected to the TV.

If I power on the system from the CD button on the remote, it does take a few moments to start up, but then it plays track 1 disc 1, as expected.

If however I use the buttons on the side of the Beosound 9000 to power it on and play that specific CD, the 9000 powers on first and the display shows track 1, then it takes a few moments for the TV to start up, and then it will start playing a later track on the disc - such as track 9.

I assume this is down to the Beolink Convreter - it has been known to throw up some other strange behaviours in the past.  Has anyone else encountered this, and does anyone know why it happens, or how to prevent it?

That's odd, why is it doing that?
