    Hi Martin, From a analytic perspective, you should keep your existing setup. If it's not broken, why fix it? Let the Eclipse mature and/or maybe there's a new TV around the corner that is more to your liking. I also think it's fair to say that wireless NL will never be as rock solid as wired ML (This is an issue with wireless vs wired, not NL vs. ML), and 5.5 years is not really that old. Yes, it's old if you look at TV technology in general, but as long as it is working for you with

    Might sound like a stupid question, but does it work? My bs5 reports “No” for Internet connectivity, but still works fine.

    It is still working for me. I do get the “no internet” error, but Spotify and N.Radio still work. Also get the “checking for ages” issue when I go into network settings. Hmm... As I was writing this, my music stopped, and Beomaster5 has disappeared from my devices list. . I’m also not seeing the Internet error. Easy come, easy go? It is possible that this behavior is something left over from prior attempts at running the Spotify app on the bs5. My recollection is that I never got this to work across

    So I rebooted the bs5 and my iphone and it still no longer works. I looked at my Android phone, and beomaster5 still showed... then it disappeared

    I am logged into Spotify with my premium account. This is the account I used back when Spotify worked. The strange part for me is that I didn’t do anything to make this work. One day, Spotify stopped working. Now, it just showed up in my list of devices No, I don’t get cover flow. My application version is 7.04.01.1945 Stan

It normally works pretty well, but it is far from flawless. It disappears from my list of devices. It stops playing for no apparent reason. It’s a bit “fiddlely”.     When I was shopping for a TV a week or two ago (huge store with at least 50-60 TVs on display), I noticed that every TV > ~55" (at least 15 of them) had serious motion artifacts when showing sports. A basketball game was on and every player had a "blurry swirl" around them when they moved. Changed to football, same. Distance shots were worse than close ups. Sony, LG, Samsung, B&O, it didn't matter. LED, QLED, OLED, it didn't matter. When viewed from 1 or 2 feet away

  • Spotify Connect is now on my BS5!!!

    I don't know when this happened, but I opened my Spotify app on my phone tonight to listen to some music. When I opened "available devices", there was a new listing: "BEOMASTER5". I selected "N.Music" to fire up the BS9000 + Bs5, selected "Spotify" as the mode, and music came out of my speakers!!! As far as I'm concerned, this is better than the old Spotify support. Thank you B&O. Stan
