• Re: Looking for B&O test equipment and accesories
If you are still looking for test equipment, I have a BeoCim AV tester that needs a new home.
Hi, sure interested if it's B&O, could you specify what model exactly you have?

  • Re: Beovision 3 - scart inputs

Yes, the DECODER is not RGB. I had my set-top-box in the Decoder socket, but moved it to AV for slightly better picture quality (RGB). I had to move my SNES to Decoder socket (assigned as V.AUX) but the BV3's picture is pretty good with even composite video so I can manage that :) If composite or S-Video is enough, you can also use the Camcorder- panel on the lower left corner of the screen as an additional input. From time to time I plug my Amiga CD32 there using S-Video and it looks very nice

  • Re: Beogram 6500 master control panel reset using a beo 4 controller?
For completeness, another tip: if you don't have a B&O TV in the same setup, you might consider using option 2 instead of 1. Then you can conveniently switch the Beomaster to AUX with the TV button on the remote
Nice, thanks for this

  • Re: B&O at the Movies (or TV shows ...)

I was watching an episode of ' The Lone Gunmen ' (a short-lived spin-off series of the X-Files) from 2001 and in episode 10/13 there was suddenly something familiar It's shown with the CD is being inserted, a button pressed and the cd-clamper closing.

  • Re: Beomaster 7000 strange mute behaviour
Sounds like a Mute Relay problem.
That, but also check that you actually have connected both L and R speaker to the Speaker 1 outputs (that are mutable) and not Speaker 2 outputs.

  • B&O radiogram on eBay.co.uk

This looked interesting enough, I thought. Not the "usual" 900RG, this has slightly different speaker grills, joints on the top left and right ends, and the top cover has two parts. The smaller front part reveals a "Beomaster 1200" (slightly different-looking BM900?) and a black blanking plate with a B&O logo (or is it a storage drawer lid?). Behind the bigger compartment is a Beogram (the slightly older looking finish) and a space for a Beocord. Didn't know there were
I think any dealer willing to give us almost all of his margin deserves our support, so if you're thinking about buying a PLAY item as a Christmas gift, or even for yourself, jump on it.
Thanks for the tip, I put in a small order

  • B&O Junior 510RG for sale in Finland

Again not eBay, but perhaps worth mentioning.. In finnish tori.fi, there is an ad for a B&O Junior 510RG, sadly without the turntable: https://www.tori.fi/uusimaa/Putkiradio_bang_olufsen_junior_510_rg_40667022.htm The description basically says: "Clean 50's radio. Turntable missing under the lid. Radio worked when last time tested couple of years ago. Now not tested and sold as a decoration. Wooden parts, and generally, clean condition". Too big for my space restraints at the moment

  • Re: Commodore Amiga meets B&O + (C64) + dual twin setup

Not exactly Amiga or C64, but still... I was having a look on a german B&O catalog from 1985 and noticed that there is a picture of a Beovision with a Commodore plus/4 computer.
