I had not used my CD player in over a month now, I just went to use it the other day and all of a sudden it keeps shutting down ?

When I put a CD in it starts and then all of sudden it stops This now happens all the time. It was working fine up till the other day.

Anyone have any Ideas.

It is a common problem, search in the other topics and you'll find the solutions.

There could be a problem on the PCB joints or a defective cap; these are the first cause, have you cleared the lens?
